I worked in a place that coated pump impellers, for dewatering mines, with urethane. I looked around for the chemicals, but never got much further than that....

I would have it welded up.
Otherwise, like Ivan said you need to go twice oversize from what you want to move it, plus some for wall thickness.

Those pipes are likely going to want you to go up a main jet size, as long as you are in there.

The carbs have plastic caps on the idle screws.

My SF had no such caps.
