Remember many years ago on here that it was found the 78 was the ONLY year that switch assembly did NOT need grounded. With saying that, My Venturer right switches control has to be grounded. Found that out when i mounted the powder-coated fully adjustable Heli-Bars a couple years back. Wrapped a piece of emory paper around a couple wraps and polished the powdrecoat off as it also interferred with the throttle tubes smooth operation.
81H Venturer1100 "The Bentley" (on steroids) 97 Yamaha YZ250(age reducer) 92 Honda ST1100 "Twisty"(touring rocket) Age is relative to the number of seconds counted 'airing' out an 85ft. table-top.
