TC...a couple observations on your test video...first its winter obviously...Full choke to start ans running it down the road for the 1st few miles like you have is interesting...With my bike its always half choke and just a hair of throttle and she'll start right up no matter how cold...she'll idle on 1/2 choke until she revs to 2000-2500 usually in abt 2 mins...at which time i shut off choke and off we go..
100mph in 4th was cool couldnt see it on the speedo...adn finally what gear was that throttle only wheelie done in? curious minds want to know...

Thumbs up

I'm starting to really like those stationary cameras with a long line of XS's breezing by. That was cool.

XS Folks,
I was teasing the bride a bit too much about the video of the passing trees (so was my son). So much so that we had to go and re-shoot the video today. Not that I'm complaining we had a heck of a nice ride and I am LOVING this XS1100. I'm really getting comfortable with it and with SWMBO on the back....

We had a absolutely beautiful day in Georgia for bike riding. I must have seen 100 bikers today and they all had the same idea for Labor Day.

FYI. I've been in Georgia since 1999. Honestly, I haven't appreciated the scenery and how nice Georgia is in many places UNTIL I got to driving the XS11 with SWMBO (Nancy). There is a bit of wind noise but you can hear the Yama-Harley Muffs. I actually think they sound pretty good. You?

Video #1 - About 2.5 Min
https://youtu.be/-cHjmK65YzQ
Video #2 - About 3 Min.
https://youtu.be/GXzpgY7cX_o

Hope everyone else had a good bit of XS11 driving today. I got in over 125 miles!

Sincerely,
KURT

My camera is mounted on my helmet. I have to set it to video the trees or the road. There are times I want to video things off to my right or left and that can be hazardous. You know where you look is where the bike goes!!!! It’s nice to have a rider with you, doing the camera work.

Hi Kurt,
#1 is very nice much better balance of trees/scenery and road
If you would keep your big head out of the way we could have a better view
That road is infested with Tar Snakes.
Phil
