The last time I had a cold cylinder due to fuel problems, I found the needle jet was clogged up. The parts list calls it the main nozzle. It is that tube with 6 or 8 holes in it. Sometimes guys...

This would be the view if you were standing in front of the bike...also notice that the lower banjo bolt has 2 holes, ONE may be clogged, causing the problem you described.
