you're looking for a mounting bracket.
Is the fairing Vetter or other?
The brackets are specific to the brand of fairing,as well as the make & model bike. Usually found on ebay, but not always.

stainless is nice
But, you can use cheaper allen head screws, and/or machine bolts with hex heads. The problem isn't really rust. it's those damn phillips screw heads.:eek:
