I also am in the process of restoring an 80 XS1100SG. When I took my carbs apart they had 110 across the board and the pilot air jets where at 4 turns out. What I did was to order two 115's from Mikesxs and install 110 115 115 110 across the board. The original 4 turns out was much to rich and I ended up at about 1.25-1.50 turns out and it runs and idles very nice now. If you were to go with the 110's for all, I think it would be alot less hassel with adjusting your air pilot jets.
