I would go meet this bike in person and look it over good. A test ride would be good but understandable if they don't want you to.
That looks like a beautiful Midnight in the pics and low miles on the clock. I might pay that much if it is as represented simply because it's an MNS. But, not before trying to talk him down.
Midnights are getting scarce.
