i have heard of this 6 cylinder, and it had 130 horses, why was it not the king of bike at that time, did it not sell well?

Because it was 700lbs, ran on spindly bias ply tires and handled like crap. It found its true calling in life as the Voyager touring bike, where it ultimately gained fuel injection and a claimed 130hp. It was still a handful as a tourer though.
