Yamaha Fairing - Best Offer

I have a fairing off of a 79 Standard that I am not interested in the least in keeping. I want some one to come and take it off my hands. I am not sure what its worth, but it is sitting in my garage taking up space on a project bike. I am not sure if all the hardware is there. I have bucket of parts that all came off when I took the fairing off. It is not in that good of condition, but it is solid. Pictures are here:

The size of this thing I don't want to ship it. If you are interested in it we can try to work something out. Willing to go about 50 miles or so to meet up.

Do you have?:

1) The windshield
2) The lowers
3) Keys to the locked compartment
4) Wiring harness that goes to the fairing

4. do have the wire harness, it is spliced into the bikes harness. I am not sure if that is normal.

I don't need a fairing. But I do not want to see one thrown away. I am not interested in paying a lot for it. So, what do you want for it?

I am not planning on just throwing it away, I would prefer throwing it away to some one. I will take anything reasonable... more than free, less than first child. You tell me what you would pay for it.
We are going to Myrtle beach this weekend, so I can deliver anywhere along 77 or 20 or a short ways up/down 26.

I am not sure about the shade of blue, but it needs paint. Does the picture link work? Please let me know if it does not.
