You dont say if you have a standard or a special. Like bikerphil says, 212cc of 10w fork oil if you have a standard. If you have a special it is 225cc and then some air on top of that through the shraeder valves on top of the fork. About 15psi is about normal and 21psi is for max load. No more than 36psi or you could cause fork seal damage.
