Looking for '79 Special Left Sidecover
Hey folks,
Its getting nice out so I'm getting more encouraged to make my bike look better when other people see me out riding. I need to find a left sidecover for a '79 1100 Special. I have the original but the previous owner broke the top of it and also cracked it down the center. I have the badges still and wouldn't mind putting them on another cover if there is one available w/o them. Thanks for the help guys! -Sebastian

Next time you talk to Bonz, ask him about repairing ABS plastic side covers. He might have the glue, and if he doesn't, the next time you get to Denver, bring it with you, and we can do minor miracles through chemistry.

I have a 79 cover missing the badge, but it does come with my side cover repair kit installed or just ready to install if you want to paint it first. The color is black and in fair shape. $45 shipped, send me a PM if interested. Ride safe, Larry
